Loop one: resolve
Identify the account condition, preserve the source response, confirm the relevant process and choose the next justified action. Track ownership and disposition without counting every touch as resolution.
Loop two: prevent
Group supported recurring causes and bring them to the team that controls the relevant input or handoff. Record the proposed change and a consistent method for checking whether the condition recurs.
The connection between the loops
Account findings inform the prevention review; the prevention review changes the conditions entering the account queue. Neither loop proves the other succeeded. ERG-FW02-APPROVAL — Confirm attribution and supply a cleared application before attaching results to this structure.
