When I look at an unresolved account or an operational problem, I want three things to be clear: what the evidence shows, what action is justified and who owns the next step.

That same idea connects the worksheets I use, the way I review work and the way I teach teams to explain their decisions. It turns an observation into something another person can understand, continue and improve.
